This week, fans were treated to a first look at Hope Van Dyne's "Wasp" in a tribute to one of the Godfather's of American comics, Jack Kirby. — Actress, Evangeline Lilly posted the pic on social media as a tribute to the late Jack Kirby who would have celebrated his 100th birthday. Both Kirby and Stan Lee co-created the original Wasp, Janet Van Dyne, mother to Hope, back in 1963. Though it's unlikely we'll see the original Wasp in costume, we can confirm Ant-Man and the Wasp will be a family affair with Michelle Pfeiffer cast as the matriarch of the Van Dyne family.

Adam McKay stated in a interview with Nerdist that he will indeed return to help write Ant-Man and The Wasp. "We’ve been talking to Marvel actually. We just talked to them the other day, and it looks like I will be involved [in Ant-Man and the Wasp]. I don’t know if it’s gonna be right from page one. But it looks like I will definitely be involved. There you go. There’s a little headline for the fanboys," said McKay.
