The AMC companion series, Fear the Walking Dead, began production in Vancouver, AMC announced. — Fear the Walking Dead is executive produced by Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero, David Alpert and show runner David Erickson and produced by AMC Studios. Co-Executive Producer Adam Davidson directed the pilot, and is also directing the second and third episodes. The first season will consist of six one-hour episodes and will premiere on AMC in the late summer.
