Green Lantern Corps. Confirmed to Join Justice League Universe
A Green Lantern Corps. film has been circling at Warner Bros. for some time now, but Geoff Johns has confirmed that DC's police force of the universe will be joining the Justice League's one.
As part of the TV special DC Films Presents: The Dawn of the Justice League, the Green Lantern Corps was glimpsed briefly, giving us a hint at what we can expect.
On casting, plot, characters, and pretty much anything else, the minds at DC and Warner Bros. had nothing for us. No clue is given as to whether they'll be introducing a Green Lantern in Justice League or at any point prior to a Green Lantern Corps. film.
So really, all we get is confirmation, but for now that's good enough. The source material is rich with material for plenty of on-screen goodness, thanks to Geoff Johns, who revitalised the character a decade ago.
