Harrison Ford's Warning for Young Han Solo Candidates
Han Solo has been doing the rounds for the upcoming DVD and Blu Ray release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and when appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres show he made a blunt statement regarding the current search for a young Han Solo.
Ahead of the film's production commencement, which isn't until January 2017, Han Solo has said to the candidates "Don't do it!" Stating he was flattered that there are so many actors interested in the role, he did have his concerns for the next Han Solo.
"It seems like everything is going swimmingly and you put in 25-30 years and then they just let you go!" he said. "We're done with you, thanks very much." There's a very tongue-in-cheek approach to the quotes, but there's something to be said for the things that he's stated.
