Mads Mikkelsen Not a Bad Guy in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
While Mads Mikkelsen is often typecast, usually before the fact, as a villain, it seems that's not going to be the case when it comes to his role in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
According to a Denmark news site, the actor said "No, my character is actually not a bad guy." He followed that with, "And then I cannot say more."
While teasing that he's vital and important to the story, his knack for secrecy has clearly evolved from Lucasfilm's insistence on keeping as much as possible under wraps regarding the Star Wars property.
We're still waiting on some more news, and maybe some footage, though with a release toward the end of this year we may have to wait a little longer for a trailer to really give us an idea of what we're in for.
