He questioned why they even wanted to remake the 1976 classic, filmed by Brian De Palma. But isn’t it kind of obvious? No one wants to be watching a 70’s movie about telekinesis in 2013. Not after we saw what modern visual effects could do with telekinesis in Looper. This doesn't look anything like Looper however. But with Chloë Grace Moretz and Julianne Moore in the lead it must be worth something.
