Netflix Sets Premiere Date for 'Mystery Science Theater 3000'

HaydnSpurrell Netflix is set to air new episodes of the cult series Mystery Science Theater 3000, and all fourteen episodes will drop on the streaming network on April 14.

Created and co-directed by Joel Hodgson, the revival stars Jonah Ray as Jonah Heston, Baron Vaughn as Tom Servo, Hampton Yount as Crow T. Robot, Felicia Day as Kinga Forrester and Patton Oswald as Young Adult. Mark Hamill is signed on to be one of many guest stars throughout.

Hodgson kickstarted the campaign for a new season with great success back in 2015, earning $5.7 million through fan contributions. The original series aired 197 episodes back between 1988 and 1999 though halfway through Hodgson departed due to creative differences.
