Viggo Mortensen on working with Michael Fassbender and Keira Knightley in A Dangerous Method

Viggo Mortensen: Freud did credit her for her ideas, in writing. Whereas Jung did not. And you can definitely make a case for Jung having gotten some very important ideas from her.

Michael has been a really good partner, really good to work with. I think we found amusing moments where it might not have been obvious that they were there. They were there for the finding. And I think we've done well with it. And David has guided us.

Keira has to go through some very traumatic, intense moments in this movie. You know, emotionally, mentally, physically. I mean it's incredible. I'm really glad she's playing the part. I think she's gonna surprise a lot of people.

Viggo Mortensen also talks about how he researched Freud. How he didn't want to play a caricature. He talks about working with David Cronenberg again and how he is refining movie making. How there's no better process than David Cronenberg's process. He talks about filming in Berggasse. And how these characters are also imperfect people.
