Chloe Grace Moretz Drops Out of All Her Future Films Including 'Little Mermaid' Adaption
19 year old actress Chloe Grace Moretz isn't leaving acting but she is taking a step back to evaluate all her possible options. Moretz recently starred in Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising. As a result of her recent choice she has left Universal without a Little Mermaid.
Universal was planning a new live action version of The Little Mermaid. Uni's version would have kept true to Hans Christian Anderson's story.
Chloe Grace Moretz recently opened up to the Hollywood Reporter about her recent acting choices.
"I pulled the plug on all my movies because I want to reassess who I am and find myself within my roles again. I’m realizing that I can slow down."
Moretz is also slowing down her acting career because she is currently producing and developing two TV shows that will be shopped around soon.
