Executive Producer Confirms that Jerome will Return to 'Gotham'
Cameron Monaghan made a big splash with his Joker-esque arrival in season 1 of Gotham, and executive producer John Stephens has confirmed that the show absolutely intends on bringing the character back.
“We’re building the architecture for him to come back,” he teased. “You’ll have these underground movements that have started to talk about Jerome and what he represented and how he’s going to come back like in the days of John the Baptist.”
It seems his return wouldn't be until season 4, should the series get picked up in the fall of 2017. The series introduces and expands on the Court of Owls, Mad Hatter, Solomon Grundy and more in the new season, as well as a new look Poison Ivy.
