Poison Ivy is Being Recast for 'Gotham' Season 3
Clare Foley will not return as Poison Ivy for season 3 of Gotham, with the producers instead opting to replace the Ivy Pepper that fans have come to know over 2 seasons.
TVLine reports that an older actress is being sought after to play the character. "Casting is underway for an actress in her late teens to assume the now-series regular role of the would-be eco-terrorist."
Ivy will have a larger role to play in the series, which continues to add new cast to its upcoming season.
As previously reported, the series is also adding Vicki Vale, an "ambitious young journalist" in her late twenties. The Mad Hatter also looks set to make his mark as a prominent villain in the new episodes.
