Roland Emmerich looking to Adapt 'Dark Matter' Sci-Fi for the Big Screen
Roland Emmerich is turning some of his attention to Blake Crouch's 2016 novel Dark Matter, currently in the middle of negotiations for the directing gig.
The story follows a college physics professor who wakes up to a changed world one morning. His wife is no longer his wife and his child does not exist, and he's considered a genius who has discovered how to skip dimensions.
Previously, Crouch has had his Wayward Pines trilogy adapted, though that one made it to television.
