The New Star Trek TV Series Gets its Pilot Director
David Semel has been brought on to helm the first episode of Bryan Fuller's new, upcoming Star Trek series.
The series will premiere in January of 2017 on CBS, before moving permanently to CBS All Access and for worldwide streaming on Netflix.
Semel has credits on Amazon's The Man in the High Castle, as well as the upcoming Billy Bob Thornton-starring drama Goliath.
