Baby Driver is directed and written by Edgar Wright (The World's End, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World) and stars Ansel Elgort (The Fault in Our Stars, Divergent), Lily James (Cinderella, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies), Jamie Foxx (Django Unchained, Law Abiding Citizen) and Jon Hamm (Mad Men, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt). "After being coerced into working for a crime boss, a young getaway driver finds himself taking part in a heist doomed to fail". Baby Driver (2017) Review

Baby Driver is perhaps the most energetic and adrenaline-fuelled cinematic experience I’ve ever had. Note that I'm not of course claiming it to be the best experience (that's a dangerous claim to make these days), but I don’t think it’s hyperbole to suggest that Edgar Wright’s new film deserves all the praise and more that’s travelling its way.

Baby Driver - Movie Review

Hot off the heels of the Cornetto Trilogy, Edgar Wright is back with a new original story he's been brewing for years. Here's my take on BABY DRIVER. — Baby Driver is directed and written by Edgar Wright, starring Ansel Elgort as "Baby", a partial deaf, but impressively skilled getaway driver that reluctantly works for an underground criminal organization run by Kevin Spacey's character. Everything is going well enough for Baby until he meets a diner girl. From there on, Baby's life and freedom becomes in major jeopardy.

Baby Driver is further evidence that Edgar Wright is the best goddamn and goddamn funnest filmmaker in the last 20 years. Baby Driver is firing on all cylinders (yes that's a car reference. Don't you judge me).

Every year there are one or two movies that get unreasonably over-hyped prior to their wide release. And so not only do these films have to be good, they also must live-up to the great expectations. The first of these movies for 2017 is "Baby Driver".

Edgar Wright completes filming on 'Baby Driver'

Edgar Wright's next film is that much closer to seeing release, with production now complete on Baby Driver. — The Shaun of the Dead and Scott Pilgrim vs. The World director announced the end of principal photography with a photo on Twitter. The film is an entirely original concept, which is refreshing right off the block. Wright wrote the script that revolves around a mute getaway driver who uses the beat of music to aid in his driving skills.
