For as long back as anyone can remember, McConaughey was always the guy who took his top off and flexed his pecks. Well, those days are certainly over.
McConaughey climbed to the summit of Hollywood this past March and claimed his Best Actor Oscar [i(Dallas Buyers Club)[/i] that was a lot of hard work in the making. Along the way he has made hit after hit. Mud was an indie gem, Killer Joe breathed new life into the actor, Bernie highlighted his comedic touch and The Wolf of Wall Street (although it was only a cameo) boy, did he leave his mark.
His new found intensity, whether it be in the comedic or dark form, has totally transformed his career.
