R-Rated MCU Movies Could Happen
Ever since the success of Deadpool and Logan, studios have been keeping an open mind about R-rated superhero films. Warner Bros. haven't ruled out the possibility of a DC R-rated film. Sony is using Venom to kick off their R-rated Marvel universe.

Charting the creation and growth of a cinematic behemoth... — Recently I was given the privilege of being a guest on the latest episode of James Hancock's brilliant Wrong Reel podcast show. This latest episode, #210 would focus on the meteoric rise of the incredibly risky venture Marvel Studios took in 2008 with the creation of the now well established and incredibly successful Marvel Cinematic Universe. It clocks it at just over 2 hours 25 minutes and I hope that Marvel fans will enjoy it.

What all the recent success of Marvel and the MTU, we wonder where the future holds for this powerhouse franchise. Marvels president Kevin Feige, says that a partnership with fox for either Fantastic 4 or the X-men could possibly happen. Should Marvel aquaire one of these franchises of both, would make Marvel dominant over the rival DC. They will have the ability to right all the wrongs of these two franchises. Namely Fantastic 4. DC needs to realize that it's ok to copy the formula that Marvel had set in place over the years. Time will only tell.

With the release of Marvels Dr. Strange, we are starting to put the final touches on phase 3. With the possibly of a new team leading phase 4, we realize that the giant climax is that of the collection of the Infinity Stones. We have been teased with the threat of Thanos as the puppet master of all things that go bump in the MTU. Recently we have seen 5 out of the six stones. They have been introduced in Avengers, Thor 1 &2, Age of Ultron, Guardians of the Galaxy and Dr. Strange. But how much do we know about these stones? What power do they all posses?
