'I Am Paul Walker' documentary coming to Paramount Network
Paramount Network in collaboration with Network Entertainment announced plans for a new documentary profiling the late Fast and Furious star Paul Walker
The team behind I Am Heath Ledger, I Am Bruce Lee and their upcoming I Am MLK Jr. announced plans to produce Paramount's newest documentary celebrating the life and prolific film career of the late Paul Walker. Adrian Buitenhuis, who directed Ledger returns to helm Walker’s documentary featuring interviews from friends, cast mates and producers "who knew Paul best" along with spotlighting Paul's unheralded efforts as a humanitarian and environmentalist through his non-profit organization Reach Out Worldwide.
I Am Paul Walker should be in good hands as Network Entertainment’s I Am Bruce Lee and I Am Heath Ledger are both outstanding Documentaries and come highly recommended. Walker's documentary is set to debut this summer on Paramount's newly launched cable network.
This news should come as bittersweet for fans of Walker’s work on and off the screen. It’s hard to believe he left us coming up on five years this fall. He is missed.
