New poster and trailer for Marvel's 'Black Panther'

GregHarmon GregHarmon Managing Editor Marvel's latest trailer rouses excitement in ways we are least afforded in this day of superhero fandom.

Check out the trailer below!

"I have seen Gods fly. I've seen men build weapons that I can't even imagine. I've seen aliens drop from the sky, but I have never seen anything like this." It is THIS, Martin Freeman's character refers to as Marvel's latest standalone, Black Panther - directed and co-written by Ryan Coogler (Creed, Fruitvale Station) and set in the most prominent Bantu African nations run by non-white male and females. Need I say more?

The official full trailer features the return of newly crowned King of Wakanda - T'Challa, aka Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman) who, after the death of his father comes home to succeed the throne and take his rightful place as king. And as all good rulers are want to do, it is T'Challa who surrounds himself with a council of strong-minded individuals who want to see the king succeed and their nation thrive, including his mother (Angela Bassett) and the king’s body guards led by actresses Danai Guerra and Lupita Nyong'o. We also see T'Challa's run as king and superhero - Black Panther- tested when a powerful Wakandian exile portrayed by the stylin' and proflin' Michael B. Jordan puts the fate of Wakanda and the entire world at risk working alongside arms dealer played by Andy Serkis.

Sound unlike anything you've seen before? Check out the trailer and decide for yourself!
